In 2018, I began my career in special education, working in an elementary school’s Intensive Learning Center, teaching swim lessons to individuals with disabilities, and supporting a high school Unified basketball team. These experiences sparked my passion for empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful growth.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis, which drives my commitment to evidence-based practices and meaningful progress. Since 2021, I’ve been part of Sensitive Solutions Behavioral Health (SSBH), where I’ve worked to foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
I am currently in my Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and working toward my BCBA certification.

I’m the go-to person behind the scenes at Sensitive Solutions Behavioral Health with a mission to create the perfect setting for our team. I’ve got a real soft spot for my guppies—they teach me a lot about care and patience, the qualities I bring to work every day.
Outside the office, my world revolves around my two incredible kids. My goal is simple: to ensure a smooth operation and a welcoming atmosphere, so our amazing team can focus on what they do best. Together, we’re crafting a place where compassion and growth meet, making every day a little brighter, just like my guppy tank!
In 1994 I operated an in-home daycare until 1998. I began working with individuals with disabilities in 1998 as a volunteer for Jefferson County school district. In 1999 my volunteer work transition to a full-time position which I held for 6 years. My position transitioned from a teaching aid to a paraprofessional in an autism classroom in 1998. I stayed in this position until I transitioned to working for Regis University in 2007 as an Administrative Coordinator for Academic Records and Registration for 14 years. In 2021 I transitioned to the Child & Family Clinical Supervisor for SSBH.
I currently hold the position of Payroll and Billings Manager. I am excited to start working with SSBH and helping them to continually improve and stay a customer-based company. In the past I have worked as a Staff Accountant for multiple Heating & AC Companies. I am outgoing, dedicated, and open-minded. I get across to people and adjust to change with ease. I believe that a person should work on developing their professional skills and learning new things all the time. I have been married to my husband Cliff for 37 years, I have two grown children and three very special pups! I love to spend time outside, walking, camping, ATVing, and snowmobiling along with being an amateur photographer!
After spending 15 years as a production manager at my previous job, I stepped down to join the SSBH team. I am excited to learn everything possible about ASD and ABA therapy and am dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. I expect a lot of myself and those around me, and give my tasks 100% effort every day. I love learning new things and enjoy training others as well. When I'm not occupied by work, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my amazing daughter - she is truly my pride and joy! I also enjoy being with family and friends, watching movies, hiking, reading and digital scrapbooking.
Hello! My name is Estella! You might hear everyone call me, “Honda”. A little about me; I have experience working in the ABA/behavioral field with children and adults with disabilities/disorders at different agencies and companies in the Fort Collins/Loveland area for about 5 years running. My biggest passion in life is to help others live their best lives with their own unique brain. I thoroughly enjoy watching humans blossom in their elements, whether that be in peer connections, the arts, maths, sciences, and/or other extracurricular activities. I know that ABA is my forever path, and I would not trade it for the world! I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Neuroscience with a concentration in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience and am currently working towards earning my Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas to become a BCBA! Taking this first step in being the Office Manager at SSBH marks an exciting step forward in my career, offering valuable leadership and organizational experience that aligns with my long-term professional goals. I am thrilled to be able to continue serving the clientele and families here at SSBH!
