You will need to provide a referral from your medical physician stating that ABA services are recommended or are a medical necessity. This letter needs to include a diagnosis and diagnostic code, after that information is received, we will initiate the process for starting services with your insurance provider.  Fax: 970.775.2840

 Sensitive Solutions Behavioral Health currently accepts Medicaid Insurance and private pay. 

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be assigned to your case. The BCBA will work with your family to identify areas of need, conduct assessments and write an individualized treatment plan to work on building skills of social significance while reducing maladaptive behaviors.

Session schedule:

 Sessions take place at the clinic. The duration of sessions will vary from 2 to 8 hours depending on medical necessity, allowing us to address a range of behaviors and establish a strong connection with your child. Your child will participate in two to five sessions per week. 

From your technician:

 During sessions, your behavior technician will build a relationship with your child while addressing the skills outlined in the treatment plan through games, curriculums, and activities. The technician will systematically collect data on goal progress during each session, providing valuable insights for analysis by the BCBA. 

From your BCBA:

Your BCBA will regularly review data and session notes from technicians to track the progress your child has achieved on goals, and observe therapy sessions to offer guidance to technicians and monitor changes in your child's behaviors. Throughout the therapy process, your BCBA will meet with your family to discuss the direction of therapy, address concerns, review the progress made, and provide parent training to the guardians of the child.
