The Office Assistant is a vital member of our clinical team. The Office Assistant operates as an assistant to the office manager and admin team. Providing clinic coverage, covering breaks, and creating client materials is included in this role. Bachelor’s degree is preferred with no particular area of study. This position includes detailed data entry into our various systems including writing session notes and documenting relevant information. The position involves training as an RBT, adhering to the standards set by the BACB and moving into a behavior technician position as per company need. The office assistant role is critical to ensure the clinic and office operates smoothly. Behavior Technicians are crucial to our school team, focusing on supporting Kindergarten through Second Grade students. Your role involves implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) in both general and special education settings, providing one-on-one or small group support. A key responsibility includes recording data on IEP goals to assess and enhance student progress. Ensuring student safety and fostering their academic and social success are core to your duties, emphasizing the creation of a safe and positive learning environment. In this unique setting, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) lead the classroom, providing expert guidance and a multidisciplinary approach to education. Your efforts are vital in helping our students achieve their full potential within a supportive educational framework.
As a Behavior Technician on our team, you'll have a crucial role in promoting socially significant change for clients in the clinic and community. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing the treatment plan written by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, focusing on increasing socially appropriate behavior, fostering independence, and reducing maladaptive behaviors. Skills are taught to clients through a variety of curriculums, activities, play and individualized protocols. Capturing accurate data on progress towards goals using our data collection software is a crucial aspect of this job to track client’s progress and intervention effectiveness.
